High- End Construction / Restoration Company in business for the past 45 years needs immediate Office / Estimator / Accounting help. This is a rare opportunity to be part of a growing team for an industry leader and leading brand in South Florida. This position requires the skills, experience, tenacity and savvy to be the backbone of day-to-day operations of the company. Construction industry background is a plus. This leader should thrive on quality, variety, communicating effectively, and is well organized. A motivated individual with an ability to work under pressure and excels in office administration, supervision and holding people accountable. Should contribute to building a positive team spirit. This position plays an integral part in the ongoing growth and future expansion of the company. Has the knowledge and experience to manage job production, customer service requirements, collections, and reporting to the owner. Is consistently at work and on time. To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge and ability with QuickBooks, Microsoft Office, Xactimate, and CRM software. Xactimate or construction estimating software knowledge is a plus. A basic knowledge of accounting is necessary. Design experience with attention to details is encouraged. Experience required is Associates Degree or equivalent from 2 year college or equivalent or at least 2 years related experience.
