SGI Global is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented General Administrative Support temporary employee to join our team. This role will support our Corporate Leadership Team. The ideal candidate will serve as an integral part of the team's overall success and efficiency. We are looking for an individual that is comfortable with a fast-paced environment, can work independently, is organized, has strong communications skills, and has strong time management skills.
Responsibilities
The General Administrative Support Temp will provide support to SGI Global's Leadership team. This will involve administrative support for Finance, Operations, and Business Development. This role will require approximately 20 hours worked each week and will be fully remote.
- Manage day-to-day administrative support needs for owner/advisor and team
- Recommend innovative processes to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the office
- Handle general administrative duties including filing, faxing, copying, data entry
- Support other ad-hoc reporting needs
Qualifications
- Must have a high school diploma; some college experience preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong time-management and multitasking abilities
- Must be comfortable working in a remote work environment
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office
- Some experience supporting Leadership-level employees preferred
