Create Your Path: The Work You’ll Do:
- Schedules and carries out preventative maintenance on equipment. Maintains logs of maintenance repairs and equipment usage.
- Performs troubleshooting of equipment using technical manuals and other resources. Determines if repair or replacement is necessary.
- Completes miscellaneous maintenance work such as installing of hardware components and storage equipment. Trains staff on proper usage of equipment and how to maintain and complete minor repairs.
- Performs production line work to include quality control, loading of water bottles, folding boxes, lifting onto pallets, etc. May assist with cleaning, moving of pallets, and filling of supplies, etc.
- Combination of education in equipment/maintenance repair and/or field experience to equal four years.
- Basic knowledge of schematic prints as it pertains to manufacturing equipment.
- Ability to perform basic repairs and preventative maintenance on all types of small and large equipment.
- Industrial Truck Driving permit required (forklift) or ability to obtain within 90 days.
- Has the physical abilities to perform the required job duties with or without accommodations, including on feet 100% of time.
- Proficiency in maintaining safety while handling potential fumes, chemicals, odors, and/or noise.
- Ability to move in a variety of motions including bending, squatting, crawling, kneeling, twisting, pulling, and/ or pushing.
- Capacity to handle and lift up to 75 lbs. as needed.
