The Role:
As the General Manager, you’ll be responsible for overseeing all hotel operations while maintaining exceptional guest satisfaction and achieving business goals. You’ll serve as the face of the property, inspiring a team to live the Margaritaville spirit and making every guest feel like they’re on vacation.
Responsibilities:
- Lead daily hotel operations across all departments, with a focus on guest satisfaction and team performance
- Drive revenue and manage expenses, including food & beverage and room operations
- Build and foster relationships with the local community and stakeholders
- Uphold Margaritaville’s brand standards throughout the property
- Develop and mentor a strong, results-oriented management team
- Ensure smooth communication between all hotel departments
Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of hotel General Manager or senior leadership experience (preferably in a full-service or lifestyle brand)
- Food & Beverage leadership experience is required
- Independent hotel experience is a plus
- Strong business acumen with experience managing budgets and improving operational efficiency
- Hands-on, motivational leadership style that fosters team engagement
- Deep understanding of hospitality systems (PMS, POS, etc.)
- A passion for hospitality, guest satisfaction, and a fun, team-driven atmosphere
