Nurse Practitioner Opportunity in Geriatric Care

Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, diagnose, and manage the ongoing health needs of residents in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility.

- Provide compassionate, person-centered care that improves quality of life for seniors.
- Maintain clear, timely documentation and communicate effectively with facility staff and family members.
Requirements:
- Active Nurse Practitioner license (APRN) FNP or AGNP.
- Experience in geriatrics, long-term care, or primary care preferred (new graduates encouraged to apply).
- Commitment to patient-centered care and strong communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a supportive care team.
