What are the responsibilities and job description for the Office Manager - Jack/Jane of All Trades position at ShelfGenie of West Palm Beach/Naples?
Small but growing home improvement company seeks highly organized “Jack/Jane of all trades” to manage the day-to-day activities of the office. Ability to multi-task, think on your feet, and be open to learning a must. Duties to include but not limited to:
· Support the business owner on a daily basis
o Scheduling meetings
o Answering emails
o Returning phone calls
· Liasson with our bookkeeper
· Manage payables – vendors, sub-contractors, etc.
· Job/Project Management
o Ordering and tracking vendor purchases
o Scheduling with clients
o Reporting on job status weekly
o Ensure jobs are moving through the process efficiently
· Administrative
o Keep insurances updated
o Ensure sub-contractors insurance info is updated
o Arrange travel
o Maintain files and database
· Answer phones and schedule appointments
· Support our sales and operations teams
· Marketing
o Surveys and gifts to clients
o Monitoring social media messages and reviews
