Entry-Level Gun-Drilling Machine Operator

This is NOT a remote position and does require daily attendance. We are a company that works with and builds firearms; if you have a criminal record we may not be able to hire you.

For FULL-TIME employees, benefits will be offered after 90 days. The schedule is 6:00 am - 4:30 pm Monday-Friday. Rate of pay $12-$16/hour depending on experience.

For PART-TIME employees, a 401k is offered. Flexible schedule 20-30 hours per week rate of pay $12-$16/hour depending on experience.

Operators will learn to set up, operate, and tear down gundrills, lathes, and reamers. Producing products that compete at a World Championship level. Canidate will be responsible for monitoring, adjusting, and tuning processes as needed. Operators will also measure, inspect, and verify products to ensure adherence to quality standards. Employees must be willing to learn and perform tasks as taught.

Qualifications:

• Entry-Level: Prior machine experience is a plus but not required
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail preferred

Pay & Schedule:

• Entry-Level: $12–$16 per hour
• Hourly positions, currently working 50 hours per week with anything over 40 hours being paid at time and a half
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
