Position Summary
This position supports the Human Resource processes with the various departments and lends support for all Human Resource functions, including employee relations, HR policy interpretation, employee training, development, and investigations of employment related issues. Provides administrative support to the employee relations and labor functions, as well as all other HR functions when needed. Assists with the day-to-day operations of maintaining records and provides support with special projects.
Core Duties and responsibilities:
• Provides employees and applicants with accurate and complete information about job requirements, benefits, hospital policies, etc. and refers questions to Department Leadership as necessary.
• Acts as a resource to employees and others contacting the Human Resources Department.
• Responsible for investigation of employment related issues.
• Assist with identifying potential employment related concerns or risks.
• Conducted detailed investigations on employment concerns.
• Gather evidence and facts related to incidents should they arise.
• Have the ability to work well within a team environment.
• Possess strong attention to detail skills.
• Assists with the preparation and deliverance of HR educational modules related to policy, compliance, training and employment laws.
Qualifications
• Bachelors Degree in related field or Human Resources work experience preferred
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
• Intermediate Computer Skills required
• Ability to work well within the functions of a team
• Must have excellent attention to detail skills
Preferred
• Work experience in Human Resources
• Employee/Labor Relation experience
• Work Experience in a health care setting
• Strong ability with conflict resolution

Salary : $31,800 - $40,300
