- Multispecialty outpatient clinic: orthopedics (spine, hand, neuromuscular), sports medicine, oral maxillofacial surgery, rheumatology, genetic testing, and spasticity management'

- Provide clinical leadership in education, research, management of physicians and practitioners, scheduling, and collaboration with community affiliates.
- Schedule: 2 days of clinic and 2 days of OR/week, with 0.2 FTE of administrative duties.
- Gait Lab responsibilities, including Medical Director of the Gait Lab.
- Educate medical students, residents, and fellows through lectures, workshops, and training sessions.
- Engage in research activities, contribute to advancements in pediatric orthopedics, and publish findings in reputable journals.
- Participate in regional outreach programs, community initiatives, and represent the facility at professional conferences and events.
- Attend monthly Board of Governor meetings and maintain with Shriners Fraternity
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited medical school
- Must hold a current board certification from the American Board of Orthopedic Surgery
- Successful completion of a fellowship in Pediatric Orthopedic Surgery
- At least eight years post fellowship experience required.
- Must possess or be eligible for Louisiana medical license
- DEA license
- Neuromuscular background preferred, but not required.
- Active participation in professional associations, such as POSNA
