Sievers JCB is a family-owned construction dealer and is currently seeking a highly motivated, energetic, organized and very detail-oriented individual to the St. Peters, MO office location as a Service and Parts Coordinator with the primary responsibility of assisting the Service and Parts Manager facilitate and deliver excellent customer service and department efficiency. This position will perform a range of administrative and support duties related to daily operations of the St. Peters Service and Parts Department. Job Summary:
A Service and Parts Coordinator supports and assists the service and parts managers in the daily operation of the departments by maintaining records and documentation associated with machine service, maintenance and customer parts support. These duties will be performed in accordance with the Company's policies and procedures.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls and help wait on customers at the service/parts counter.
- Assist in scheduling work, answering questions and advising on repairs within established guidelines.
- Open repair orders, enter tech notes and parts on orders, review for accuracy and obtain service manager approval before finalizing.
- Assist in filing/closing warranty claims.
- Manage JCB MPI tool for equipment inventory check-in, maintenance and reporting
- Manage JCB Livelink telematics system
- Utilize JCB Livelink telematics system to drive parts and service business
- Assist service manager in coordinating special promotions, clinics and other department events.
- Assist parts manager with parts stocking/receipting of parts orders
- Look up and pull parts for technicians and ensure parts are recorded on appropriate work orders
- Generate reports and completes other paperwork as requested.
- Updates customer profiles using equipment, hours, or other information from the customer work orders.
- Assist customers with picking up, dropping off, loading and unloading equipment.
- Assist with parts and attachment delivery, loading and unloading trucks
- Coordinate transportation for equipment coming and going between the dealership and customer sites.
- Work with delivery drivers and third-party vendors to assure timely pickup & delivery.
- Assist with equipment rental contracts, check-in and check-out
- Assist the service and parts manager in assuring that the shop is in compliance with governmental regulations, safety guidelines, company policies, and up-to-date on manuals and other resources.

Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- At least two years related experience preferred.
- Technical knowledge of construction equipment is a plus.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of standing and/or sitting.
- Must be able to lift up to 50-75 pounds at times.
