About us Silgan Dispensing is a large business in Grandview, MO. We are part of a global company that produces injection molded parts for some of the world’s leading brands. Responsibilities: Operate injection molding machines to produce high-quality products Set up and adjust machine settings to ensure proper molding process Monitor machine operations and make necessary adjustments to maintain product quality and efficiency Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet specifications Assemble and package finished products according to customer requirements Perform basic math calculations and use precision measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers Follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines Maintain a clean and organized work area Requirements: Previous experience in injection molding or related manufacturing field preferred Familiarity with hand tools and ability to use them effectively Knowledge of materials handling and ability to fabricate parts as needed Basic math skills for measurements and calculations Strong attention to detail and ability to perform quality checks on finished products Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles is a plus This position offers competitive pay and benefits.
