SILVER CLOUD HOTEL – STADIUM location is looking for a talented, passionate and team building hospitality professional to fill our General Manager position. An exciting environment in the heart of incredible sports hub of Lumen Field and T-Mobile Park. The hotel features 211 guest rooms and suites, with over 3,000 sq/ft of meeting space, along with great tastes and spirits at our Jimmy’s on First restaurant.

POSITION PURPOSE:
The General Manager is responsible for the overall hotel operations including: guest relations, front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, finance, food & beverage, team building, and staff development. The General Manager also works closely with the Director of Sales to manage hotel sales, catering and budgets.
IDEAL CANDIDATES WILL HAVE:
MANAGEMENT STYLE: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, dynamic leadership and decision-making abilities plus an intensive service and culture focus
EXPERIENCE: Experience in hotel operations management, financial accountability and budgeting required
EDUCATION: High School Diploma or its equivalent. Bachelor’s degree or higher in related field preferred.

Pay: $120,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
