EARNINGS: $42,000 - $200,000/per year * plus Commission & Bonuses
JOB TYPE: Full-Time, M-F, 40 Hours/Weekly
POSITION SUMMARY:
The Outside Sales Professional is highly motivated, teachable, dynamic and results oriented. The OSP is responsible for acquiring new customers, maintaining monthly sales quotas, and providing unmatched customer experiences. Outside Sales Professionals are also goal-oriented and committed to achieving their personal, professional, and financial goals.

Requirements
- ALIGN with SO’s Mission, Vision and Core Values
- Prospect door-to-door for new business development (B2B)
- Present highly efficient office equipment solutions and valued proposition to decision-makers
- Attend regular meetings and trainings for development and ACTION
- Learn and develop professionally with the world class online training platform; Cardone University
- Remain organized and clearly communicate prospect matters with SO Management
- Stay current with new product launches and sales promotions
- Always provide excellent customer experiences
- Seek new customers by additional strategies via video mail, web-conferencing and other communication tools

CAPABILITIES / KEY COMPETENCIES:
- Exemplify Simple Office Mission, Vision and Core Values in all aspects of training at all times
- Must have reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and proof of insurance
- Willingness to be developed and apply what is taught
- Outside Sales experience (preferred but not required)
- Familiarity with basic functions and use of CRM systems
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
- High school diploma is required. Relative degree preferred, but not required.
- Outside Sales experience a plus in the copier machine industry and/or relative field such as door-to-door (B2B) outside solar sales, etc.
PHYSICAL REQUIRMENTS:
- Prolonged periods of standing, walking, and/or sitting.
- This position will require self-commute with own vehicle for new business development, appointments, and scheduled company/client meetings.
