**STARTING PAY RATE: $20-22/Hour (Depending on Exp)**
Responsibilities
What You'll Do:
- Your Journey, Our Mission: Operate either a 16 or 26 foot box truck (non CDL). Manually handle equipment from pallets and load to hand truck to delivery location. Assist with small delivery.
- Assembly is Key: Preparation and assembly of equipment for delivery. Manually break down freight and receive into computer system.
- Engineering Solutions. Troubleshooting delivery/installation issues.
- Pallet Wrangling: Utilize pallet jack to move pallets of product to and from truck to delivery. location. Operate forklift (certification required, but will certify if needed).
- Safety First: Perform tasks in a safe manner and comply with company policies and procedures.
- Sharpen the Saw: Attend required safety trainings.
Ideal Candidate Will Possess the Following Skills and Abilities
Who We're Looking For:
- HS Grad (or Equivalent)
- Minimum 3 month's experience with driving 16 or 26 foot box truck (non-CDL). Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Proficiency in use of basic hand and power tools.
- Ability to operate powered material handling equipment.
- Proficiency in reading layout drawings a plus.
- 2-3 years in distribution/warehouse setting.
- OSHA 10 hour construction certification a plus (company paid if certification isn't current).
- Customer oriented, good communicator, self-motivated, and the ability to work in fast-paced environment with attention to detail and minimal supervision.
- Ability to life 75 pountd and carry 50 pounds.
Work Schedule: Mon-Fri, 7:30am to 4:00pm. This position may require overtime hours, overnight stays, out of town travel and weekend work as needed.
