Business Application Developer

Overview
The Business Application Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining business applications on low-code platforms. The perfect candidate will bring 3 years of experience, a solid grasp of business processes, and application development. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to convert business needs into practical applications that enhance efficiency and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy business applications using low-code platforms such as Retool.
• Customize and enhance existing applications to meet evolving business needs.

Requirements Gathering:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Conduct needs analysis to identify areas for application improvement.

Integration and Automation:

• Integrate applications with various data sources and APIs.
• Automate workflows to streamline business processes.

Testing and Quality Assurance:

• Perform thorough testing of applications to ensure functionality and performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues in a timely manner.

Documentation and Training:

• Create and maintain detailed documentation of application designs and user guides.
• Provide training and support to end-users on application functionalities

Continuous Improvement:

• Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in low-code development.
• Propose innovative solutions to enhance application efficiency and user experience.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, Python, and JavaScript.
• Experience with SQL databases (e.g. Postgresql) and database management.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools and processes.
• Understanding of responsive web design principles.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Excellent communication skills.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
