Key Responsibilities
Scientific Writing & Proofreading
Help draft and edit brochures, web content, blog posts, and marketing materials.
Translate complex scientific ideas into accessible, engaging content.
Engaging with the Scientific Community
Support outreach efforts with key opinion leaders (KOLs), academic partners, and scientific associations.
Help coordinate collaborations that increase our visibility and credibility.
Event Support
Assist in planning and running scientific seminars, symposia, or webinars.
Help manage event logistics, communications, and post-event marketing.
Social Media & Content Creation
Create engaging content for social media channels and newsletters.
Work with product, sales, and design teams to align messaging and campaigns.
Cross-functional Collaboration
Partner with teams across the company—technical, sales, marketing, and operations—to support marketing initiatives.
Other Tasks
Take on additional projects and marketing support tasks as needed.

What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Biology, Biochemistry, Biophysics, or a related field. Business or communications degrees with a strong interest and experience in the Life Science industry are also welcome.
Passion for science communication, writing, and digital outreach.
Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
Organized, creative, and excited to contribute in a fast-paced team environment.
Based in or able to commute to Houston, TX.
Must be able to lift and move 25–50 lbs as needed (for event materials, displays, etc.).
