**Position Overview:**

**This position will be responsible for completing commercial valuations on all major property types. SitusAMC's appraisers get the opportunity to work on institutional properties located across the U.S. In addition, this position would also include assisting with our national clients, which include some of the largest and most prominent financial institutions, pension funds and insurance companies in the U.S., and involves portfolio work.**

**Essential Job Functions:**

**The role for this professional will be involved with performing valuations**

**Efficiently perform valuations with a future career path to lead a team of valuation professionals by providing guidance and quality control**

**Manage workflow to produce on time deliveries**

**Help execute portfolio valuations and large consulting engagements through implementation of organizational and technical skills**

**Communication/coordinate with market participants, clients, and co-workers**

**Research property and market information**

**Inspect properties**

**Analyze subject and comparable data**

**Develop appraisal and consulting reports and other deliverables**

**Resolve non-compliant issues through verbal and written communication with client or other involved parties**

**Work independently on projects and collaborate 'face to face' as a team player**

**Other activities as may be assigned by your manager**

**Qualifications/ Requirements:**

**Bachelor's degree or above - Preferred fields of study include Real Estate, Accounting, Finance or equivalent combination of education and experience**

**Prior commercial real estate valuation experience is a plus**

**Excellent communication and teamwork skills**

**MS Office Suite including Outlook, Excel, Power Point and Word, Argus**

**Special Requirements:**

**The employee may be required to report to a different local office as a normal, contemplated, and mandated incident of their employment**

**Working Conditions:**

**Office environment with frequent computer, mouse, keyboard use**

**Alternating between sitting or standing as needed**

**Hearing, talking, reaching, grasping**
