In this role, you'll be the face of our company, creating outstanding rental experiences for our customers while maximizing sales opportunities. Hourly rate $19.20.
- Greet customers warmly and assess their rental needs
- Provide expert advice on our vehicle fleet and rental options
- Upsell additional services and products to enhance customer experience
- Process rental agreements and payments accurately
- Conduct vehicle inspections and explain rental terms to customers
- Manage and organize the rental fleet to ensure vehicle availability
- Resolve customer inquiries and concerns professionally
- Maintain a clean and organized rental facility
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction
- Stay updated on company policies, promotions, and industry trends
- Proven sales talent with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or the tourism industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation abilities and a goal-oriented mindset
- Service-oriented approach with a commitment to customer satisfaction
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Valid US driver's license with a clean driving record

- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Knowledge of local transportation and rental market in Baltimore (preferred)
