Position Overview :
As a Salad Bar Attendant at Sizzler, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests enjoy a diverse selection of fresh and delicious salads, fruits, and sides from our renowned salad bar.
You will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of the salad bar while providing friendly and attentive service to our guests.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Salad Bar Maintenance :
- Ensure the salad bar is fully stocked with a variety of fresh ingredients at all times.
- Monitor food levels and replenish items as needed to maintain presentation standards.
- Rotate food items to ensure freshness and prevent waste.
- Keep the salad bar area clean and organized, including wiping down surfaces and restocking utensils.
2. Guest Service :
- Greet guests warmly as they approach the salad bar and provide assistance as needed.
- Answer guest questions regarding salad bar offerings, ingredients, and allergen information.
- Offer recommendations and suggestions to enhance the guest experience.
- Maintain a friendly and welcoming demeanor, providing excellent customer service at all times.
3. Food Safety and Sanitation :
- Adhere to strict food safety and sanitation standards, including proper handling and storage of perishable items.
- Monitor and record temperatures of salad bar items to ensure compliance with health regulations.
- Regularly clean and sanitize utensils, serving containers, and salad bar surfaces.
- Dispose of expired or spoiled food items according to company procedures.
4. Team Collaboration :
