Job Description
Primary Responsibilities:
l Real-time production system monitoring and operational support through 24/7 shift rotation
l Management and analysis of production data processing systems
l First-line response and problem resolution for production floor requirements
l System performance optimization and stability maintenance
Role Progression:
Initial Phase:
l Comprehensive systems operation training
l Hands-on operational experience through structured OJT (On the Job Training)
l Production support system familiarization
Development Phase:
l Development and maintenance of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES)
l Application development utilizing various programming languages including Java and C#
l Team placement based on individual aptitude and technical proficiency
l Continuous system enhancement and new feature implementation
l Opportunity to join specialized development teams based on demonstrated capabilities
Qualifications:
l Major in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or IT-related fields
l Experience in programming languages such as Java, Python, C , C#
l Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
l Ability to work in teams and communicate effectively
l Experience in SQL language and agile collaboration tools (such as Atlassian) are highly preferred.
l Experience in collaborative IT project is preferred.
l Bilingual in English and Korean.
