Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Office Manager to join our team. The Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our office, ensuring efficiency and productivity. This is a key role that requires excellent communication and organizational skills.
Responsibilities:
-Checking in Clients and their vehicle
-Contacting insurance companies for payments
-Pre and post scanning vehicles
- Communicate effectively with staff, clients, and vendors
- Perform general clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning
- Maintain organized filing systems for both physical and electronic documents
- Manage calendars and schedule appointments for executives
- Oversee vendor management, including ordering supplies and managing contracts
Experience:
-Must have general knoweladge about vehicles
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $26.00 - $29.00 per hour
