As a Finishing Specialist, you perform an inspection and remove burrs from Aerospace products using various manual and automatic tools.
Essential Functions:
This position includes access or potential access to ITAR technical data. Therefore, candidates will need to qualify as a US Person, which is defined as a US Citizen, a Permanent Resident who does not work for a foreign company/foreign government/foreign governmental agency or organization, or a political asylee in compliance with International Traffic in Arms Regulations.
Due to the requirements of the Customer, No Visa sponsorship is available.

As a Finishing Specialist, you perform an inspection and remove burrs from Aerospace products using various manual and automatic tools.
Essential Functions:
- Perform visual part inspections
- Use of manual and automatic hand tools for deburring Aerospace components
- Scan parts to complete operations and maintain process records
- Work with the Quality department for part approval
- Basic computer skills
- Knowledge of essential hand tools
- Attention to Detail
- Ability to handle a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to learn new skills
- Excellent attendance record
- Good Hand-eye coordination
- Ability to work in an individual or team setting
- Drive to take initiative
- Reliable team member willing to work additional hours when needed
- Ability to sit for a 10-hour shift
- Ability to lift 35 pounds on occasion

- Fridays are reserved for OT when necessary
- 1st Shift 6:00 am – 4:30 pm
- 2nd shift 4:15 pm – 2:45 am
