SKILLS Residential Team Leader Responsibilities:
- Oversight of people who live in agency residences, including promoting independence in all areas of daily living in the home and community.
- Collaborates with Assistant Manager to implement person centered plans.
- Support, guide, and coach Residential Specialists/Direct Support Professionals.
- Scheduling and supervision of a 24/7 workforce in the residence.
SKILLS Residential Team Leaders Requirements:
- This is a full time, 40 hours (Non-Exempt) position currently located in St Albans; starting pay is based on experience.
- General Requirements: Minimum of 18 years of age
- HS Diploma or GED
- Valid Maine driver’s license
- Strong Time Management and Organizational Skills
- Ability to foster a team environment while guiding and training staff
- Proficiency in Computer Usage including Spreadsheets and Data Entry
- Willingness to undergo extensive criminal, Adult and Child Protective Services, and other reference and background checks as required
- Must have two years prior experience as a DSP, CNA, MHRT, BHP or similar. Experience in the field of Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities or Mental Health is preferred. Two years of supervisory experience in the field is preferred.
