We are seeking 2 Medical Receptionists to become a part of our growing and team oriented medical team! You will perform routine administrative and clinical assignments to keep the medical facility running smoothly. You must be fully vaccinated or have a medical exemption.
Responsibilities:
- Handle all administrative duties in a timely manner
- Will be responsible for rooming patients, assisting with chart prep, medical records, etc. No previous MA experience required, mostly will receive on the job training.
- Candidates with medical background are highly preferred (MA, front desk, etc.), but should come from a customer service background.
- Role is 100% on site so must be COVID vaccinated unless they can provide a medical exemption.
- Perform routine clinical tasks to support medical staff
- Communicate with insurance companies for proper billing procedures
- Escort patients to exam rooms
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in healthcare administration or other related fields
- Familiarity with medical billing procedures
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
