We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Charge Nurse to join our team. You will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the nursing unit and ensuring that all policies and procedures are followed.

• Provide leadership and guidance to the nursing staff
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure that patient care is coordinated and effective
• Monitor patient progress and make adjustments to care plans as needed
• Maintain accurate and complete patient records
• Participate in the hiring and training of new nursing staff
• Evaluate the performance of nursing staff and provide feedback as needed
• Ensure that the nursing unit is adequately staffed at all times
