Punch Press Operator
SmartTalent is hiring an experienced Punch Press Operator for a manufacturing company based in Monroe, WA. Ideal candidate will have 1 years of experience operating punch press machinery.
LOCATION: Monroe, WA
Pay: $18 - $25 DOE
SCHEDULE:
Monday – Friday 5am - 330pm

Job Duties/Responsibilities:
• Set up punch press machines by installing and adjusting dies, guides, and stops.
• Load materials into machines and ensure proper alignment.
• Operate punch press machines to fabricate parts according to blueprints and specifications.
• Inspect finished parts for conformance to quality standards and specifications.
• Perform regular quality checks and measurements using precision tools.
• Identify and report any defects or discrepancies in the manufacturing process.
• Perform routine maintenance on punch press machines to ensure optimal performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve minor mechanical issues.
• Report major malfunctions or repairs to the maintenance team.
Qualifications:
• Experience operating punching machines, identifying and loading tools from job instructions, machine set-ups, measuring and verifying quality.
• Programming is a plus, but not necessary.
