Key Responsibilities We Will Trust You With:
The Supply Chain & SIOP Leader is responsible for leading end-to-end supply chain strategies and execution while owning the SIOP process to align demand, supply, inventory, and financial objectives. This role ensures cross-functional alignment across Sales, Operations, Finance, and Procurement to deliver service excellence, optimize working capital, and support profitable growth.
The Supply Chain & SIOP Leader acts as the executive owner of SIOP governance, decision-making, and continuous improvement while driving operational performance across planning, sourcing, manufacturing, and logistics.
What You Will Be Doing:
SIOP Leadership & Governance
- Own and lead the end-to-end SIOP process, including demand review, supply review, inventory balancing, financial reconciliation, and executive sign-off
- Establish SIOP governance, cadence, KPIs, and escalation paths
- Ensure SIOP decisions align with business strategy, financial targets, and capacity constraints
- Facilitate executive SIOP meetings and provide clear recommendations and scenarios
- Supply Chain Strategy & Execution
- Develop and execute supply chain strategies that support service, cost, resilience, and growth objectives
- Oversee demand planning, supply planning, production planning, inventory management, and distribution
- Balance customer service levels with inventory and cost targets
- Lead capacity planning and long-range supply planning
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, and Procurement to ensure aligned plans
- Translate commercial demand signals into executable supply and inventory plans
- Collaborate with Finance to ensure SIOP plans are financially aligned and reflected in forecasts and budgets
- Performance Management & Continuous Improvement
- Define and track KPIs (e.g., forecast accuracy, OTIF, inventory turns, service level, OTD plan adherence)
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, or other structured methodologies
- Identify and mitigate supply chain risks and constraints
People & Organization Leadership
- Lead, coach, and develop supply chain and planning teams
- Build strong succession plans and organizational capability
- Foster a culture of accountability, data-driven decision-making, and collaboration
Systems & Data Enablement
- Ensure effective use of planning systems (ERP, APS, demand planning tools)
- Drive data quality, analytics, and scenario modeling to support decision-making
- Partner with IT and Digital teams on system enhancements and roadmap
Your Areas of Knowledge and Expertise that matter most for this role:
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred)
- 10 years of progressive experience in supply chain, operations, or planning roles
- 5 years leading SIOP or integrated business planning (IBP) processes
- Experience in manufacturing or complex supply chain environments preferred
Skills & Competencies
- Deep expertise in SIOP / IBP best practices
- Strong experience with ERP systems; SAP S4/HANA proficiency highly preferred.
- Strong financial and business acumen
- Executive-level communication and facilitation skills
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional leaders
- Strategic thinker with strong execution discipline
- Advanced analytics and scenario planning capability
- Experience working in a global, multi-site manufacturing or distribution environment.

Work Environment:

General physical conditions include working in a temperature-controlled office environment with good air quality, adequate lighting and low level of noise.
