Core Job Responsibilities: Outbound calling and Inbound receipt of calls to and from prospects and existing customers to increase sales and provide superlative service

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a customer service role preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Proficient in using computer systems and software applications
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize workload

-Meet required monthly sales goals

-Document all sales and service efforts/activities Email correspondence as needed or directed Additional Job Responsibilities:

-Communication - Routinely communicate with management personnel in regards to identified trends and or customer requests Maintain current customer relations through regular contact

-Excellent customer service skills, Knowledge of sales skills and techniques Proven track record of meeting and/or exceeding sales goals Computer literate Internet and technical savvy Professional written and oral communication abilities Positive attitude – deeply focused on being part of a growing sales organization.

Bilingual Preferred

Hourly plus monthly commission pay

Must be able to work 8:30am - 5:00pm Monday-Friday

Show a stable work history, must be reliable

Work independently and in teams
