Role Description:
In the role of Senior Business Process Analyst you will be responsible for performing business process analysis and modeling, maintaining models, and advancing the practice in the organization. The position reports to the Business Optimization & Transformation Department Head.
Your day-to-day responsibilities as a Senior Business Process Analyst will include:
Lead the organization on business process analysis and modeling. Facilitates process modeling workshops and related sessions. Creates and maintains detailed process models and other artifacts from workshops. Drafts communication artifacts to socialize blueprints and prioritization content.
Manage corporate inventory of business process models and business process management knowledge base repository. Document prioritization artifacts.
Follow industry standards for business process analysis and modeling. Align work with SAFe (Scaled-Agile Framework). Trains business analysts and others on business process modeling techniques.
Collaborate with key stakeholders on business process modeling including Business Owners, Business Architecture, and Information Technology.

Qualifications:
Education:
- A Bachelor’s degree
Required Qualifications:
- Diagramming business process workflows.
- Working knowledge of BPMN (Business Process Modeling Notation).
- Fluency with business process modeling applications, such as Lucidchart and Signavio.
- Excellent written, analytical, problem solving and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to facilitate mapping sessions with a varied audience.
- Ability to train others on business process modeling techniques.
- Ability to set priorities, meet deadlines, and work independently.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Motivated, self-directed, results-oriented, and customer-focused.
- Detail-oriented and possess a desire for quality.
- Fluency in Microsoft Office applications.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Working knowledge of SAFe (Scaled-Agile Framework).
- P & C Insurance experience.
- Experience working with distributed team members.

Compensation for the successful candidate will consider the candidate’s particular combination of knowledge, skills, competencies, experience and geographic location.
