We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team and work closely with our businesses and executive leadership to drive revenue growth and deliver best-in-class customer experience. What you’ll do:
- Proactively sell memberships to potential customers through outbound calls and in-person visits
- Follow up with customer inquiries and provide information on products and services
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM system
- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies and campaigns
- Attend networking events and trade shows to generate new leads and build relationships with potential customers
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and new products and services
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
What You’ll Need:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in the HVAC industry
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM systems
