What are the responsibilities and job description for the BCaBA position at SOAR(Strengthening Outcomes with Autism Resources)?
SOAR is a parent created non-profit organization providing resources, community events, education advocacy, adult life skills, ABA therapy and guidance to families with autism from diagnosis through the lifespan. We are currently seeking a BCaBA who is licensed with the Louisiana Behavior Analyst board. Ideal candidate will have experience in team leading with strong leadership skills, organization skills, staff training facilitation, as well as efficient time management skills. BCaBA will work Monday-Friday approximately 37 hours per week.
Caseload = 5- 7 clients
Job Overview
In this role, you will work closely with individuals with behavioral challenges, implementing evidence-based interventions to promote positive behavior change. Your expertise in behavioral therapy and client care will be essential in supporting clients and their families in achieving their goals.
Responsibilities
- Conduct diagnostic evaluations to assess clients' needs and develop tailored treatment plans.
- Implement behavioral therapy techniques under the supervision of a licensed Behavior Analyst.
- Collect and analyze data on client progress, adjusting interventions as necessary to ensure effectiveness.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation and records in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with families, educators, and other professionals to provide comprehensive support for clients.
- Provide training and support to staff on best practices in behavior analysis.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
