Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc., (SGA), is searching for a Compensation Analyst for a CONTRACT assignment with one of our premier Healthcare Services clients in Washington DC. ( 20-30 hours per week)

Responsibilities :
- Support the administration and planning of the employee compensation program to ensure the most competitive and strategic compensation practices.
- Maintain collaboration and effective partnerships by providing analysis support to various stakeholders.
- Work to relay information between the compensation team and other stakeholders as needed.
- Updating mapping files, compensation manuals, and other compensation documents.
- At least 1 year of experience in HR Comp Analyst role (doesn't have to be healthcare). Candidates should have prior experience working as a Compensation Analyst.
- Have experience conducting analyses with large data sets in excel.
- Must have proficient excel experience analyzing data, data mapping, pivot tables, and exporting into excel from other internal programs.

Salary : $35 - $40
