Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and tech-savvy intern to join our team in San Diego. This role is instrumental in helping Solely leverage AI tools to drive efficiency across various disciplines, such as marketing, sales, product development, and operations. The intern will also play a key role in training AI systems to understand and represent Solely’s unique value proposition accurately. Key Responsibilities:
AI Tools Implementation and Optimization:
- Identify and implement AI tools to improve efficiency across departments.
- Train team members on how to effectively use these tools in their workflows.
Data Curation and Input:
- Organize and curate datasets (e.g., product information, competitor comparisons, FAQs) for AI training purposes.
- Create structured input formats (e.g., JSON, CSV) to enhance AI functionality.
Training AI Systems:
- Develop prompts and scenarios to train AI systems on Solely’s unique selling points, such as our commitment to using fresh organic fruit as the sole ingredient.
- Continuously refine AI outputs by feeding back insights and correcting inconsistencies.
Cross-Disciplinary Collaboration:
- Work closely with marketing, sales, and product development teams to understand their needs and align AI tools accordingly.
- Support teams in creating customer-facing and internal materials using AI.
Content Development:
- Assist in creating AI-friendly templates for competitor analysis, product descriptions, and customer FAQs.
- Develop visual and written content using AI to streamline communications.
Qualifications:
· Current enrollment in or recent graduation from a 4-year college program, preferably in Computer Science, Data Science, Business, or a related field.
· Basic understanding of AI technologies and tools (e.g., ChatGPT, OpenAI API, Microsoft Azure AI, or similar).
· Proficiency in data organization tools like Excel, Google Sheets, and JSON formatting.
· Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
· Local to the San Diego area and available to work in person at Solely’s office, with occasional opportunities for remote work.
Preferred Skills:
· Familiarity with AI training processes, such as fine-tuning models or developing structured datasets.
· Experience in content creation or digital marketing.
