Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary case manager for a caseload of approximately 45 students
- Coordinate and lead IEP meetings, evaluations, and re-evaluations
- Develop, write, and maintain compliant IEPs while tracking student progress and meeting required timelines
- Collaborate regularly with teachers, service providers, and related staff working with students across grades
- Maintain consistent communication with staff and families regarding student goals, progress, and concerns
- Analyze academic and behavioral data to inform IEP development and support decision-making
- Ensure accommodations and modifications are implemented and adhered to by the school team
- Valid Vermont Special Educator licensure is required
- Previous experience with Vermont virtual SPED case management/coordinator roles
- Strong background in case management, IEP writing, and compliance with special education regulations
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively within a small, focused team
