Speech and Language Pathologist in Watsonville, CA

Minimum 1 years speech therapy experience required.

A Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) is needed for a contract position based onsite in Watsonville, CA. Both full-time and part-time candidates will be considered for this opportunity. This role is suited for professionals holding a Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP - CCC) or those who are completing their Clinical Fellowship Year (SLP - CFY).

Responsibilities

• Provide direct speech-language therapy services to students according to individual education plans (IEPs)
• Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans tailored to each student's communication needs
• Collaborate with educators, families, and other professionals to support student progress
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with all regulatory and ethical standards
  
  

Qualifications

• Valid Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP - CCC) or currently undergoing Clinical Fellowship Year (SLP - CFY)
• Strong knowledge of pediatric speech and language disorders
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Licensure or eligibility for licensure in California preferred
