Employee Leave & Benefits Specialist

The Employee Leave and Benefits Specialist provides administrative and technical support to the VP, Chief Human Resource Officer in regard to the areas of benefits and employee leaves of absence. This position administers employee benefit programs such as medical coverage, dental insurance, group life insurance, retirement plans, and other benefits. This includes counseling and advising employees on eligibility and other issues related to benefit coverage and leaves of absence, as well as maintaining records and preparing documents as necessary. This role is eligible for a hybrid work arrangement. The ideal candidate will be a team oriented, detail driven individual with strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.  A bachelor’s degree and 3-5 years’ experience in Human Resources or related field preferred.
