We're looking for a Cybersecurity Architect to define and drive the secure architecture strategy for enterprise systems, data, and infrastructure. In this high-impact role, you'll partner with leadership, guide architectural vision, and lead a team of cybersecurity professionals to build a resilient and scalable security posture.
What You’ll Do:
- Design and implement secure, scalable, and resilient enterprise security architectures
- Shape and lead the long-term cybersecurity strategy aligned with business goals
- Conduct risk assessments, threat modeling, and recommend mitigation strategies
- Integrate and optimize security technologies (e.g., SIEM, EDR, cloud security, IAM)
- Define security policies and standards based on NIST, ISO 27001, CIS
- Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA)
- Mentor and lead a team of Cybersecurity Architects
- Serve as a trusted advisor to technical and business stakeholders
What You Bring:
- Bachelor’s in Computer Science, InfoSec, or related field (Master’s preferred)
- 8 years of IT experience, 5 years in cybersecurity; 8 years leadership experience
- Strong technical expertise in:
- Network & host-based security (e.g., NGFW, IDS/IPS, DLP, SentinelOne, Tanium)
- Platforms: Linux, Windows, Unix, Oracle, SQL, DB2
- SIEM tools and implementation
- Encryption, secure system integration, and cloud security
- Certifications: CISSP, CEH, MCSE, or equivalent highly preferred
- Clear communicator and cross-functional collaborator
