Location: Phoenix, Arizona

Job Type: Full-time (40 hours/week)

Telecommuting: Permitted up to 2 days per week

Position Overview:

Seeking a Senior Pricing Analyst to support strategic pricing initiatives and optimize business profitability. The role involves close collaboration with product management, marketing, engineering, and senior leadership to drive pricing decisions that align with company objectives and market dynamics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate across functions to develop and implement pricing strategies aimed at maximizing business profitability.
• Make pricing recommendations in line with corporate pricing policies and market expectations.
• Support pricing and reimbursement strategies for current and pipeline products.
• Analyze market conditions, customer demand, and competitor activity to inform pricing decisions.
• Participate in setting prices for new products and reviewing pricing contract terms.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable regulatory and ethical pricing standards.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Finance, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 4 years of professional experience in financial or business analytics.
• 2 years of hands-on experience with the following:
• Advanced Microsoft Excel
• SAP
• Tableau
• Financial modeling
• Regulatory and ethical compliance standards
• Market pricing tools, including value toolkit and pricing waterfall analysis
