Senior Analyst – Credit Pricing & Analytics

Role Overview:
Join a high-impact team focused on driving revenue growth and loss mitigation through the optimization of credit risk, pricing, and underwriting strategies. You’ll play a key role in developing, testing, and analyzing data-driven credit policies and pricing models that influence business performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and execute credit underwriting and pricing strategies (e.g. loan approvals, terms, pricing).
- Perform in-depth data analysis using SQL, SAS, R, Python, or similar tools.
- Build models (regression and machine learning) to assess customer behavior and treatment outcomes.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and quality control processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and monitor strategies.
- Present findings and recommendations clearly to senior management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (Engineering, Statistics, Economics, etc.); graduate degree preferred.
- 2 years of experience in analytics or data-driven roles (financial services a plus).
- Strong skills in SQL, SAS, and Excel; familiarity with Python or BI tools is a plus.
- Proven ability to handle complex datasets and provide actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
