About the Team
The Corporate Accounts Receivable function is a centralized operation responsible for processing and reconciling a significant volume of premium payments across multiple regions and currencies. The team works with internal stakeholders, international offices, brokers, insured clients, and external partner organizations to ensure accurate and timely financial processing on a global scale.
Internship Overview
They are seeking a motivated Accounting or Finance student to join their Accounts Receivable team as an intern. This role offers hands-on exposure to real-world financial operations and is designed to build a strong foundation for a future career in financial or corporate accounting.
You’ll gain experience working with complex transactions, interacting with a wide range of stakeholders, and supporting critical financial processes in an international business environment.
What You’ll Learn & Support
- Collaborating with internal teams and international offices across multiple regions
- Communicating with external partners such as clients, brokers, and affiliated organizations
- Investigating, analyzing, and resolving accounting discrepancies
- Reconciling transactions involving multiple currencies and jurisdictions
- Supporting accurate financial reporting and timely cash application
What We’re Looking For
- Current undergraduate student majoring in Accounting or Finance (entering or completing junior year)
- Minimum GPA of 3.3
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Customer-oriented mindset with a professional approach
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving ability
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office; experience with enterprise financial systems is a plus
