Healthcare Systems Analyst – Epic Tapestry (Managed Care)

We're seeking a skilled Epic Tapestry professional to support core managed care operations within a high-performing healthcare network. In this role, you’ll support and configure Tapestry Core Administration tools that drive essential workflows such as claims intake, provider contracting, authorizations, and network management.
You’ll serve as a subject matter expert for Epic configurations tied to payer operations, helping multiple departments—from Claims to Capitation—work more efficiently through smarter systems.
🔧 Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the lead Epic resource for Tapestry Core Administration
- Configure and deploy system updates that support claims logic, authorization workflows, eligibility, and integration points
- Analyze stakeholder needs and translate them into scalable, workflow-friendly solutions
- Support day-to-day troubleshooting, system audits, and data integrity efforts
- Collaborate across business units (e.g., Claims, Utilization Management, Provider Networks) to improve operational efficiency
- Mentor less experienced analysts and contribute to team documentation, testing, and training
🎯 What You'll Need to Succeed:
- Bachelor’s degree, clinical license, or 4 years of equivalent relevant experience
- 3–5 years of Epic systems experience, with a focus on Tapestry Managed Care or similar payer-side modules
- Epic certification in Tapestry Managed Care Administration (required upon hire for external candidates; internal candidates must obtain certification within 120 days)
- Deep knowledge of managed care workflows including claim adjudication, authorization management, and provider networks
- Strong technical troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
🌱 Preferred Experience:
- Background working in a Management Services Organization (MSO)
- Familiarity with benefit structure logic and provider contract automation
- Exposure to related modules and functionality such as AP Claims, UM integration, and EpicCare Link
