- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process efficiency
What You Bring:
- 3 years of business analysis experience, preferably in HR tech
- Strong project management skills in a technical environment
- Experience with systems testing, documentation, and stakeholder communication
- Degree in IT, HRIS, or related field (or equivalent experience)
