Our client, a leading global organization, is seeking a Regional Sales & Marketing Enablement Manager to drive strategic account engagement and operational success.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead regional sales objectives and operational goals in partnership with Sales, Operations, and Marketing teams.
- Design and deliver external marketing campaigns and assets to support account engagement strategies.
- Align business offerings with client and prospect needs through tailored campaigns.
- Translate regional sales priorities into actionable account objectives and project plans.
- Identify and leverage resources to execute targeted account-based marketing initiatives.
- Partner with marketing centers of excellence to enhance global ABM programs.
- Facilitate strategic account planning sessions and workshops.
- Track, measure, and analyze program performance against account targets.
- Provide ongoing insights and data on key accounts and contacts.
- Lead regular account check-ins with business development executives to ensure alignment on goals and plans.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree required (equivalent skills and experience considered).
- Preferred: Degree in marketing, business enablement, or marketing research.
Experience
- 3–5 years of experience in field marketing, project management, or sales enablement.
- Preferred: Experience in global operations.

Salary : $82,720 - $133,900
