Our programming is designed for maximum impact in minimal time and is available to our community both online and in-studio. We’re growing quickly and looking for someone who can amplify the momentum we’re building - driving awareness, fueling conversion, and turning exciting new initiatives into measurable growth across subscriber acquisition and studio utilization.
We’re hiring our first VP of Growth, a strategic, creative operator who will lead SotoMethod’s marketing efforts across digital, social, and experiential channels. This role is equal parts architect and executor. You’ll build go-to-market strategies and lead the day-to-day operations that bring them to life.
This is a high-impact, high-visibility position with meaningful opportunities for ownership and leadership. You’ll work directly with the founder to build and scale the growth marketing function from the ground up—driving real, measurable impact from day one.

- A proven track record of building and executing multi-channel launch plans that drive measurable results
- Experience with digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Klaviyo, etc.,), marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics / Looker, Tableau), and Webflow
- Strong writing and editing skills, with a sharp eye for voice, tone, and brand clarity
- High degree of comfort working with a small team in an entrepreneurial environment
1. Go-To-Market Execution
You’ll lead the strategy and execution behind every SotoMethod launch—whether it’s a new studio opening, a seasonal app challenge, or a city-specific pop-up. You will:
- Build cross-channel go-to-market plans spanning studio, digital, email, social, and gifting
- Manage timelines, asset development (copy, graphics, video), and cross-functional coordination
- Ensure every launch is seamless, on-brand, and performance-driven
- Monitor results, extract insights, and optimize in real time to maximize impact
You’ll drive SotoMethod’s ongoing marketing engine—keeping our community engaged, expanding our reach, and reinforcing the brand across every touchpoint. You will:
- Own the monthly content calendar and lead end-to-end execution across social platforms, from ideation and posting to performance analysis
- Build and improve lifecycle email flows—including onboarding, cancellation, and win-back campaigns—that deepen engagement and boost retention
- Launch, optimize, and scale paid marketing efforts (starting with platforms like Meta). While you'll have support from third-party partners, you’ll independently lead strategy and own the function with confidence
- Cultivate and maintain brand partnerships and vendor relationships
