South Texas Community Living Corporation is currently seeking a mature professional to join our team as a Residential Lead who will be responsible for the monitoring of services provided to persons with intellectual disabilities in an ICF/ID setting, in accordance with ICF/ID standards and regulations.
Schedule Hours:
- Shift: Monday through Friday
- Hours: 6AM - 9AM and 3PM - 8PM
Duties include:
- Assistance with Grooming and Toileting
- Assistance with Meal Preparation and Mealtime Monitoring
- Assistance with Medication Administration
- House Cleaning (i.e., Sweeping, Mopping, Laundry etc.)
- Driving company vehicles
- Specialized Documentation
- Supervision during recreational activities
- Communication with outside family members and office staff.
Benefits:

Qualifications
Qualifications:.
- Valid and current Texas Driver's License
- Clear Background Check
- Clear DMV Check
- High School Diploma or Equivalent Proof of Education
- No confirmation of Abuse/Neglect/Exploitation of an elderly or disabled person
- No history of Medicaid fraud.
