Position Summary
Primary Responsibilities:
- Perform assessment of individuals identified with an autism spectrum disorder to develop treatment plans, working with a multidisciplinary/educational team
- Create and implement treatment plans appropriate for home, center, community, and educational settings, as well as assisting team with implementation
- Provide support and training for parents and caregivers
- Provide clinical supervision of registered behavior technicians/practicum students
- Maintain 25 billable client service hours per week
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
- Board certified as a Behavior Analyst or eligible for certification and license/license eligible in the state of Missouri within 6 months of hire
- Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder for assessment and treatment purposes
- Ability to supervise registered behavior technicians and/or practicum students
- Ability to establish collaborative partnerships within the University and among regional service providers including school districts
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Demonstrated experience and understanding of customer service
