Overview

The SAP S4 Platform Integrations Leader plays a crucial role in overseeing the integration of SAP S4 systems with various applications and services, ensuring they align with organizational strategies and objectives. This individual will establish integration approaches for information applications and programs, leading the development, coordination, and communication of integration strategies while ensuring compliance with enterprise architecture standards.

Primary Responsibilities

• Develop and coordinate architecture plans for SAP S4 integrations.
• Align business initiatives with enterprise architecture to drive holistic solutions.
• Conduct audits to ensure compliance with enterprise architecture standards.
• Facilitate strategic sessions with executive leadership to promote integration goals.
• Lead and mentor a team of integration specialists and engineers, fostering a culture of excellence.
• Present and advocate for architectural approaches to stakeholders at all levels.
• Analyze and design innovative integration solutions tailored to business needs.
• Create graphical representations of integration processes for stakeholder engagement.
• Translate business strategies into actionable information strategies.
• Stay informed on best practices, emerging technologies, and integration solutions.
• Coordinate all enterprise architecture and governance activities, ensuring alignment.
• Act as a subject matter expert in application development, database design, and platform integration efforts.
• Collaborate with solution architects and engineers to ensure adherence to enterprise architecture principles.
• Identify and mitigate risks to meet business objectives and regulatory compliance.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• 12 years of work experience in IT, with significant exposure to integrations.
• Demonstrated executive presence and ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
• Expertise in process excellence and technology integrations.
• Strong influencing, relationship-building, and strategic mindset.
• Ability to impact business strategy through effective integration solutions.
• Proficient in mapping business strategies into cohesive information strategies.
• Understanding of technology product and vendor strategies, market trends, and customer preferences.
• Experience modeling and representing business requirements in a user-friendly manner.

Technical Skills:

• Proven experience in designing and creating technical solutions in complex environments.
• Skilled in developing technical architecture for enterprise application integrations.
• Proficient in developing APIs/Web Services (REST and SOAP) and test automation.
• Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies for project management.
• Ability to create data flow and schematic diagrams using tools like Visio and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of Hybris core, Solr, Java, J2EE, and Apache Web Server or equivalent technologies.
• Strong SQL skills for database management and querying.
• Familiarity with cloud services such as Azure or AWS.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, .NET, Angular, HTML, and JavaScript.
• Understanding of infrastructure components related to hardware and networking.
• Familiarity with Salesforce services, Einstein Analytics, Lightning/Lightning Web Components, Visual Force, APEX, and Process Builder.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Graduate Degree in a relevant field.
• Experience in the food and beverage, CPG, or distribution industries.
