What are the responsibilities and job description for the Human Resources Manager position at SOUTHERN INYO HEALTHCARE DISTRICT?
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Education:
High School or GED with some college or any combination of formal training or experience in human resources equivalent to at least two years.
Experience:
Healthcare office setting preferred, but not required.
License or Certification:
ADP Certification and/or SHRM (Society or Human Resources Management) Certification by an accredited source preferred, but not required
OTHER QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
- Attention to Detail: Monitor work operations to ensure compliance with federal and local labor laws
- Interpersonal Skills: Ability to work with all levels of employees to meet the human resources needs of the organization.
- Communication Skills: Proficient in interacting with all levels of employees, patients and vendors to relay necessary information.
