Responsibilities
You will be working with and in support of our Commercial Lines Account Executives assisting them with the day to day servicing of our customer needs. Some of the tasks that you will be responsible for on a daily basis are.
- Generating Certificates of Insurance
- Generating and processing loss run requests
- Data Input
- Follow up on additional request for information from customers and various company contacts
- Processing and requesting change endorsements
Requirements
2 years of Experience in a customer service roll in a Professional office setting .
Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.
Confident, self-starter who works well independently.
Professional phone etiquette.
Career minded vision.
Great Customer Service Skills.
Problem-Solving Capabilities.
Works well with other employees and is a team player with a positive attitude.
Salary : $40,000 - $45,000
