Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Childcare Provider to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience working with children and possess skills in caregiving, classroom management, and early childhood education.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain compliance at all times
- Abide by all state licensing and Southside Christian Childcare policies and procedures
- Ability to manage your assigned classroom
- Provide and maintain daily care of the children's individual needs
- Plan and implement curriculum to meet the individual developmental needs of the children
- Assist the director in the daily operations of the center
- Provide meal service and maintain a safe and clean environment
- Complete daily cleaning of all areas including toys, cubbies, etc.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in caregiving, nannying, or related field
- Ability to educate and engage children through play and learning activities
- Ability to complete and pass background checks
- Obtain a negative TB test
- High school diploma or GED
